Rager Heating & Cooling was founded by Walt and Carrie Rager in September, 2010.  Our goal was to provide a more personal service experience focused on the residents of northern Brunswick County, an area long ignored by the larger  HVAC companies in the greater Wilmington area.  

Over the last thirteen years, we have been extremely fortunate to have been able to grow our business, and family of satisfied customers, almost solely by word of mouth, all while keeping our focus right here in the Leland, Belville, and surrounding areas.

Building and maintaining professional, positive, and lasting working relationships is key to our business philosophy.  Obviously, we work here, but also, live, play, shop, and dine local as well.  In a relatively small community such as ours, it is not uncommon to run into multiple customers while going out to eat or simply shopping for groceries, thus, we will always do everything in our power to make sure that all interactions with our company are positive experiences.  We truly value our customers and appreciate your business.  You can trust in knowing that you will always be treated with respect, and always be given an honest evaluation of your particular system's issues, and all options that are available to you to remedy the issues at hand, and the pros and cons of each option.
