Please note the following important information regarding our Service Savings Agreements.
All HVAC systems in the home must be covered by the Service Savings Agreement.
Service Savings Agreement is for a 12 month term.
During your covered period, you will receive two check-ups of your home's HVAC system(s). One checkup will be in the air conditioning mode and focus on the functions and operations commonly associated with the cooling cycle. The other checkup will be done in the heating mode and focus on the heating related functions and operations. It is important that these checkups take place when the outdoor temperatures are accommodating to checking your system in these modes. Generally, this is above 70 degrees for a cooling check-up, and below 60 degrees for a heating check-up. We focus our efforts based on outdoor temperature over what calendar month it may be. In general though, our A/C check-ups are done between March and September, while our heating check-ups are done primarily from November through February. While we will contact you to schedule your check-ups, please feel free to call at any time if you would like to schedule for specific dates ahead of time.
During the covered period, you will receive priority status over non- Service Agreement holders should you require a service call on your system. During times of extreme weather, when waiting lists may occur, our Service Agreement holders will be given the first available time slots. A Service call is anything other than your two regular checkups included in your service agreement. All Service Agreement holders will never pay an overtime rate for evenings, weekends, or holidays, and will receive a 20% discount on parts as well as labor.
Our office will make two attempts each season to contact you to schedule your system(s) check-up. In the event we unable to reach you by phone, we will make one attempt to reach out using other methods. If, for any reason, we are unable to get in contact with you with the information we have on file for you, it will then become your responsibility to schedule your servicing prior to expiration of your Service Savings Agreement. Any unused check-ups not used prior to the expiration of your Service Savings Agreement may be subject to forfeiture.
On the business day prior to your scheduled check-up, our office will call you to kindly remind you of your appointment. Please make sure that you are present or have made arrangements prior to your scheduled appointment for our technician to have the needed access to your HVAC equipment to be able to thoroughly conduct your check-up. Failure to do so will result in a "no show" missed appointment and it will be counted as one of your seasonal check-ups. We understand that things come up, and we are certainly happy to re-schedule your appointment at any time in advance of your appointment should the need arise.
During the covered period, we will credit any pro-rated unused portion of your paid Service Savings Agreement towards the purchase of a replacement HVAC system.
Service Agreement coverage is transferable. If the home is sold, the pro-rated unused portion of your paid Service Savings Agreement can either follow you to a new residence in our service area, or remain with the home and be passed on to the next owner.
Pricing of our Service Savings Agreements is subject to change without prior notice. No Refunds.
